A New Zealand high court judge has ruled in favour of health authorities who sought guardianship of a baby boy after his parents refused to consent to a transfusion of “vaccinated blood” in a life-saving operation.
The landmark decision, delivered on Thursday, is expected to have wide-ranging ramifications and has become a focus of protests for anti-vaxxers who held demonstrations outside the courtroom.
The six-month-old known as Baby W will not survive without urgent surgery for a congenital heart defect. His parents said they were unwilling to proceed unless they were given a guarantee he would only receive blood from unvaccinated donors.

Swiss naturopathic physician George Della Pietra believes people worldwide should be free to choose whether to get a COVID-19 vaccine injection or not.
“The problem is right now we have no choice,” said Della Pietra, founder of the nonprofit Safe Blood Donation service in 2021, matching unvaccinated blood recipients with donors in 65 countries.
“It was very clear from the beginning that the COVID hype was way out of control,” Della Pietra said. “It was not as dangerous as they say it was.
“As a naturopath, I can make no sense of this pandemic, which was never really a pandemic. It leaves space for so many explanations.”

COMPLETELY ignoring the urgent request sent to them earlier this week by the Children’s Covid Vaccine Advisory Council (CCVAC) not to authorise Covid vaccines for infants down to the age of six months, (a principle that applies to all the brands of vaccine) the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) yesterday did just that. They authorised the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine for use in babies and infants aged six months to four years. It is an astonishingly defiant move even by MHRA standards, one which flies in the face of all the evidence – or lack of it when it comes to safety.
In her zeal to help the mRNA technology industry, it appears that MHRA chief Dr June Raine has thrown any residual precautionary principle to the winds – and quite literally the baby out with the bath water. The MHRA decision, remarkably, comes at a time when increasing numbers of doctors and scientists are daring to express reservations about the Covid vaccine project as a whole and, in particular, to join in arguing emphatically against this vaccine for children.

Oxfordshire County Council yesterday approved plans to lock residents into one of six zones to ‘save the planet’ from global warming. The latest stage in the ’15 minute city’ agenda is to place electronic gates on key roads in and out of the city, confining residents to their own neighbourhoods.
Under the new scheme if residents want to leave their zone they will need permission from the Council who gets to decide who is worthy of freedom and who isn’t. Under the new scheme residents will be allowed to leave their zone a maximum of 100 days per year, but in order to even gain this every resident will have to register their car details with the council who will then track their movements via smart cameras round the city.

IN this dystopian era, honest scientists and physicians have become accustomed to having to painstakingly counter the fabrications and unsubstantiated claims made by ministers and health officials.
They have done this with cool logic and hard evidence. The Great Barrington Declaration put forth sensible analysis and advice, but politicians were far too excited by the fairground fortune-tellers at Gates-funded Imperial College with their box of toys designed to generate mass fear, to entertain logic.
So Chief Medical Officer Sir Chris Whitty, Chief Scientific Officer Sir Patrick Vallance and their merry crew at No. 10 set about suspending economic and social activity, destroying livelihoods and swamping the airwaves with ominous exhortations, thus succeeding in destabilising public wellbeing and preventing access to medical care.
This was unsurprising, because they had engaged armies of behavioural psychologists, paid for by taxpayers’ money, to imprison people’s minds in a form of Stockholm Syndrome. Indeed, behavioural psychologist David Charalambous and his team have discovered more than 200 different ways which were used to manipulate behaviour, and they suspect there are many more.

Readers of the Daily Mail (and many millions more who look at its online offering) have this month been treated to four days’ worth of Pandemic Diaries: The inside story of Britain’s battle against Covid, by ex-Health Secretary Matt Hancock ‘with’ Isabel Oakeshott, who ghost-wrote the book.
The newspaper is known to have stumped up a six-figure sum to serialise this account of the Government’s handling of the Covid crisis. One source tells me the Mail paid something like £150,000 for the pleasure. If true, Hancock and Oakeshott would presumably each trouser roughly half this sum (remember that agents tend to take 15 per cent).
The MPs’ register of financial interests will soon reveal Hancock’s cut, but whether he and Oakeshott have made £75,000 or £7.50 apiece out of this exercise doesn’t much matter. For, to profit in any way from the misery which Hancock helped to inflict on this country is to have danced with the Devil. What a sorry tale this tells of the moral void at the heart of Britain’s mainstream media.

On 24th September, shortly before he died suddenly on 17th October, Ross came to see me and we spent a few hours together chatting and making plans to visit locations on Y Ddraig Ffraed again. During our both light and deep conversations, he became wistful and looked very troubled, disclosing to me that he had had death threats. (Somehow – I can’t recall if he said – Ross had gotten to know that I had had a number of death threats and close calls, so felt more comfortable telling me.) He was genuinely concerned and mentioned how both Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett had too. (In fact they – or was it just Baram – were very lucky to survive a deliberately set fire.) Ross didn’t go into details about the threats he had had and I wonder if he had told anyone else. I don’t know who to ask but if there is anybody else he spoke to, at least you know you are not the only one who knows this. – Ellis

Last week I asked ASIO if they were intending to investigate the origins of Covid-19. I also asked at what point does gain of function research become a bio-terrorism risk. Unfortunately, ASIO was not interested in pursuing the first question or addressing the second question. Not only does the government not want to address these issues but it appears they actually want to cover up the details of any gain of function research in Australia. As the Australian reports: “Health Minister Mark Butler has invoked a claim of public interest immunity to block the release of researchers’ names and institutions associated with 17 commonwealth-funded gain-of-function research projects that increase the virulence of viruses in a laboratory.”
