Part 3 of my article, Re-Riting the World:

Everything is energy. All is number.* In every formulation the components and activators, conscious or unconscious, have to be compatible to manifest, no matter the morality of the intention for whatever it is it will do, or be used for. This holds true for everything, every incident, and everyone. As numerals and letters are really only codes for energetic patterns, and their combinations and are used in formulae with designated functions and behaviour, they too abide by this rule, and therefore influence and assist in manufacturing character, incidents, and situations. This is not ordained information and so it ricochets off orthodox believers and system-dulled comprehension (as it is meant to) and thus its secrets, through the ages, have been, and are, controlled and wielded by a very few individuals and groups; most of whom are resolute in their ambition to dispose of human beings and replace them…

…but through the application of such interpretive sciences as Numerosymbology the traces of their dark orchestrations are revealed.

31st May: Repcon and New Horizons

This is only brief (for those who don’t know and am wondering where I’ve got to, I’ve no internet connection now, except I’m wrestling with a dongle – made even more difficult by being between mountains and the sea).

Thomas the Rhymer, the famous thirteenth century Scottish mystic and poet, once met the Faery Queen by a hawthorn bush from which a cuckoo was calling. She led him into the Faery Underworld for a brief sojourn, but upon reemerging into the world of mortals he found he had been absent for seven years. Themes of people being waylaid by the faery folk to places where time passes differently are common in Celtic mythology, and the hawthorn was one of, if not the, most likely tree to be inhabited or protected by the Wee Folk. In Ireland most of the isolated trees, or so-called ‘lone bushes’, found in the landscape and said to be inhabited by faeries, were hawthorn trees. Such trees could not be cut down or damaged in any way without incurring the often fatal wrath of their supernatural guardians. The Faery Queen by her hawthorn can also be seen as a representation of an earlier pre-Christian archetype, reminding us of a Goddess-centred worship, practised by priestesses in sacred groves of hawthorn, planted in the round. The site of Westminster Abbey was once called Thorney Island after the sacred stand of thorn trees there.

It was thirteen minutes after 3:00 a.m. on a dark and rainy Sunday morning. A doctor was carefully driving home from a hospital.*
*Following data taken from the World Illustrated publication: No. 513.
Only a fool or a doctor would be out on a night like this, thought the doctor, as he drove toward a cemetery.
Suddenly the car lights revealed a bus shelter along the road. It was at the entrance to the cemetery. In the shelter stood a young girl.
“What in the world?” the surprised doctor muttered. She’s all alone … at this hour of the night.
The doctor stopped his car, opened the passenger door and yelled, “The last bus left hours ago. Better let me give you a lift.”

If you believe that psychiatrists are kind people who help you solve personal problems by talking to you, prepare to be surprised. At one time some psychiatrists actually did this. It was called “psychoanalysis” and was quite time consuming and also quite expensive. However, Dr. Peter Breggin [1] notes that all this changed around the time frame of the late 1960’s when the biological model — which is the current model — was introduced. This model asserted that it was useless to talk to patients, because their problems were due to some “chemical imbalance” in their brains, which could only be corrected with drugs.

New Year’s Eve With(out) Arthur Guirdham

by Floria Thames

…a writer and artist… only occasionally, otherwise too busy with merciless day jobs.

Note from Ellis: Floria sent me this article before Christmas. Unfortunately being without internet till now, I’ve not been able to publish it. Enjoy…it’s great!

It was the end of 2008 and my daughter got on the phone. “Who will you spend your New Year’s Eve with?” she asked. “With Arthur Guirdham” I replied. As it happened, I had just purchased another book by Dr. Guirdham and I was planning to delight in it through the bank holidays. Little did I know that my cagey, ‘unassuming’ joke was to prove downright prophetic in no time. I opened the TV program and what do I see? Not one hour too soon, not one minute too late, a Channel 4 documentary about MY Secret Hero (himself a secret to just about the whole world, until now) was scheduled at 9 pm sharp, on 31st December 2008. Could I be dreaming? The “disclosure” is finally taking place? The wall of silence is coming down? Reason to celebrate?
