Reignite Australia: Under the Australian Constitution, section 109, federal legislation will overrule state legislation when there is an inconsistency with the law.

This means Prime Minister Scott Morrison can introduce and pass my Private Senators Bill, the Vaccination Status (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill 2021, and protect the Australian people from mandatory vaccination legislation forced on them by the states.

I’m calling on Scott Morrison to live up to his word and stop State Premiers from coercing and bullying the Australian people with mandatory vaccine laws and regulations.

Paul D Thacker reports, British Medical Journal, via Nexus News Feed: Revelations of poor practices at a contract research company helping to carry out Pfizer’s pivotal covid-19 vaccine trial raise questions about data integrity and regulatory oversight. 

In autumn 2020 Pfizer’s chairman and chief executive, Albert Bourla, released an open letter to the billions of people around the world who were investing their hopes in a safe and effective covid-19 vaccine to end the pandemic. “As I’ve said before, we are operating at the speed of science,” Bourla wrote, explaining to the public when they could expect a Pfizer vaccine to be authorised in the United States.1

But, for researchers who were testing Pfizer’s vaccine at several sites in Texas during that autumn, speed may have come at the cost of data integrity and patient safety. A regional director who was employed at the research organisation Ventavia Research Group has told The BMJ that the company falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial. Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding. After repeatedly notifying Ventavia of these problems, the regional director, Brook Jackson, emailed a complaint to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ventavia fired her later the same day. Jackson has provided The BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails.

Reignite Democracy Australia:  In this special episode we are joined by Witt-boooka, Sovereign Kabi Tribal Law/ Lore Man, of the Sovereign Native Tribes of the Kabi First Nation, and Diane Djaki Widjung, Keeper of Records for the Sovereign Kabi Tribal Council of Elders.

Witt-boooka and Diane tell us about the Djaki Kundu, an ancient and sacred healing site near Gympie, containing ancient sacred relics, built thousands of years ago by Kabi Ancestors. When the site became threatened by QLD Transport and Main Roads earlier this year, the tribe occupied the site in an effort to protect it from unnecessary desecration and destruction by the government.

After nine months of protest, local police, who had earlier stated that they had no intention of forcibly removing the tribe unless there was a court order stating that the land did not belong to the Kabi people, received an affidavit from the CEO of Transport and Main Roads claiming that he had peaceable possession of the land. As a result, on October 15 2021, the tribe, their supporters and advocates were forcibly removed and six arrests were made, four for trespassing and two for failing to comply with a move-on direction. All those arrested were aged between 55 and 71 years of age.

Australian laws make it illegal to destroy ‘Aboriginal cultural heritage’ or ‘aboriginal relics’, however, as Diane points out in this interview, it is the government who gets to decide what is considered ‘sacred land’. It’s yet another case of the fox guarding the hen house. Read more:

Wes tells Richie that the covid vaccine roll-out coincided with an increase in the numbers of people using his service.
He says that as the roll-out was extended down the age groups, he began to see an increase in the death numbers for those cohorts. In other words, when the jabs were first offered to the over 40’s, there was an increase in the numbers of over 40 year-olds showing up in mortuaries.
Wes also alleges, that during a recent visit to a hospital mortuary in London, he saw 30 dead infants in refrigeration units. He tells Richie why he feels this is suspicious and what he thinks should be done about it.

British Fairies: In Britain, yew trees are closely associated with churchyards. It’s sometimes said that this was ordained because yew wood was ideal for longbows, so that English kings wanted to preserve the trees by planting them in a protected environment. This is a nice story, but it’s plainly wrong, as very many yews far older than the Middle Ages can be found growing around churches, in addition to which they are to be found growing by wells and on ancient sites such as hill forts. Their significance stretches back much further than the Hundred Years War and is by no means linked to the Christian church.
