The Australian: The Prime Minister’s office has lost an attempt to keep the decision-making of national cabinet secret, as a powerful tribunal ruled it is not protected by the same laws that shield Cabinet decisions from public view.
South Australian independent senator Rex Patrick took the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal over its refusal to release information about national cabinet — the body of state premiers and Scott Morrison formed to handle the Covid-19 crisis.
On Thursday, the AAT ruled national cabinet was not protected by cabinet-in-confidence rules and ordered public access be given to meeting minutes as well as other documents.

For the purposes of resolving the confusion which abounds on this critical subject, here lies the British Common Law Timeline, from Brutus to Magna Carta 2020.

And now we have this, from FOX News (7/25/21): “But while cases of COVID-19 soared nationwide, hospitalizations and deaths caused by influenza dropped.”
“According to data released by the CDC earlier this month, influenza mortality rates were significantly lower throughout 2020 than previous years.”
“There were 646 deaths relating to the flu among adults reported in 2020, whereas in 2019 the CDC estimated that between 24,000 and 62,000 people died from influenza-related illnesses.”
You might want to read those numbers again. The drop in flu deaths was miraculous. Perhaps the Vatican has a clue.

Vaccine Impact: Family friends of Virginia Ellington, a North Carolina college professor who taught at Appalachian State University, have contacted Health Impact News to inform us of the 63-year-old’s death just 48 hours after receiving the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
The local medical examiner did something that is almost unheard of, and wrote that the vaccine was one of the “significant conditions contributing to her death.”
However, WRAL is reporting that this is just a preliminary report, as they did the customary interview of “health authorities” who of course are saying that the vaccine did not cause her death, and that everyone should still get the vaccine.
So it is more than likely that the reference to the vaccine will NOT be on the final death certificate.

RT News: YouTube has suspended one of the largest media companies in Australia, local Sky News, from posting on its platform for allegedly breaching Covid-19 misinformation policies. It has also reportedly had some of its videos removed.
The one-week suspension was issued following a review of Sky News Australia’s “old videos,” the channel announced on Sunday. Under the terms of the temporary ban, for seven days, YouTube will allow no videos or livestreams to be posted by the channel, which has 1.86 million subscribers, and some earlier videos about coronavirus have been reportedly permanently deleted from the platform.
“Specifically, we don’t allow content that denies the existence of Covid-19, or that encourages people to use hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin to treat or prevent the virus,” …no “sufficient countervailing context” has been provided in the allegedly offending media reports.

This has transpired because of a successful FOI request for the information be made public, for the purposes of which, here lies a brief summary of the damning paper.

Safety data analysis and reporting in clinical trials of the COVID jabs appear to have been manipulated in at least some cases. One method for manipulating randomized clinical trial safety data is to only analyze the “per protocol” treatment group (those who completed all doses and were fully compliant with the study design) as opposed to “intent to treat” which would include all patients that have signed informed consent
For example, if a participant only accepted one dose and trial protocol called for two, under a “per protocol” analysis, adverse events they experienced would be dismissed and not included in the safety analysis. This is a classic way to manipulate safety data in clinical research, and it’s usually forbidden
Since the COVID shots only have emergency use authorization, they are experimental products and, as such, they are not authorized for marketing
Bioethics are written into federal law. As an experimental trial participant, you have the right to receive full disclosure of any adverse event risks. Full disclosure of risks is not being done, and in fact is being suppressed
