The universal right of Informed Consent to medical interventions has been recognized in US law since at least 1914.
That year, the New York Court of Appeals established the right to informed consent to medical intervention in a case involving non-consensual surgery. Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hospital 105 N.E. 92, 93 N.Y. (1914)
Justice Benjamin Cardozo articulated the court’s reasoning:
“Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault for which he is liable in damages.”
The 1947 Nuremberg Code is the most important legal document in the history of medical research ethics.
It established 10 foundational principles of ethical clinical research.
The first and foremost principle is unequivocal: “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential”.
It prohibits research to be conducted on human beings without the informed consent of the individual.

He joined Pfizer in 1995 where he spent 16 years of his career, eventually becoming CSO and VP of Allergy & Respiratory Research where he was responsible for the growth and portfolio delivery of the Allergy & Respiratory pipeline within the company.
He later co-founded Ziarco, an independent, clinical stage biotechnology company progressing novel & differentiated therapies for inflammatory and allergic diseases before Novartis later acquired the company.
Dr. Yeadon has published over 40 original research articles and now consults and partners with a number of biotechnology companies.
As we emerge, slowly, and conditionally, from our latest lockdown, it can be easy to feel that such restrictions are a thing of the past. But we only have to look across the Channel — where there’s increasing talk of a ‘third wave’ and new variants — to see that this could be far from the truth. My guest today is Dr Mike Yeadon, an independent biotech consultant with 32 years of experience in research and development with big pharma — including Pfizer at senior management level — and within biotechnology as a company founder. Megan Redshaw, Children’s Health Defense: A Texas teenager diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) a few weeks after his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine said he believes the vaccine is to blame, according to a local Houston news channel KPRC2 report.
“I wanted to get the vaccine,” said Wyatt McGlaun, a high school senior from The Woodlands. “I felt it was the right thing to do. I wanted to travel and enjoy my last summer before college.”
A few weeks after receiving the vaccine, McGlaun became weak and had difficulty walking. He was admitted to CHI St. Luke’s Health where he was diagnosed with GBS.

The data in VAERS now goes through March 26, 2021, and records 50,861 adverse events, including 2,249 deaths following injections of the experimental COVID “vaccines.”

In this week’s episode, we celebrate our newly acquired number one Christian podcast in the UK status and attempt to answer some frequently asked questions and comments: What should I do if I still want to go to church and haven’t got one? And the often repeated story of people either being literally excluded from churches through church closure or those who have been ostracized by the extreme, unfriendly and unwelcoming behaviour of congregations and ministers. We try to make some sense of this.
As the spectre of vaccine passports for society in general and churches in particular looms ever larger, we review some comments made by the vaccine minister this week about the subject as it pertains to churches and talk about the implications. And for a bit of light relief, we consider the possibility of a joint application for the £90,000 a year post of Chief of Staff to the Archbishop of York.

A blind author who uses WordPress.com was frustrated with the changes and contacted accessibility engineer Marco Zehe about the interface change and inaccessibility in WordPress.com.

The Daily Expose: The request for the information was made on the 20th February 2021 and asked –
“Could you please provide the total number of deaths for any reason within 28 days of having a Covid vaccine from the start of the vaccination roll out date?”
To which Public Health Scotland responded with –
“Using the latest mortality data available (Up to 26th February), 2,207 people have died within 28 days of vaccination (number of days between vaccine and death is 0-27 where 0 is the day of vaccination).”
But Public Health Scotland then added a caveat to this data by stating –
“Please note that these deaths are due to any cause, PHS is not currently aware of any deaths in Scotland that are considered conclusively linked to vaccination.”
That’s great but isn’t it slightly hypocritical to apply this logic to vaccination deaths? When this logic has been absent for the past 12 months in relation to Covid deaths.
The Daily Expose: The UK Government have released their eighth report highlighting adverse reactions to both the Pfizer / BioNTech and Oxford / AstraZeneca vaccines that have occurred since the roll-out began on the 8th December 2020 and this time we dug deeper and what we have found it terrifying…
The U.K. Governments report (which you can find here) has collated data inputted up to the 14th March via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme. At this point an estimated 10.9 million first doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and 13.7 million doses of the Oxford University/AstraZeneca vaccine, had been administered, and around 1.3 million second doses, mostly the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine, had been administered. This accounts for an increase of 2.3 million doses administered on the previous week.

Adverse reactions are rife and are mostly not reported, going by the victims I’ve spoken to. They read on Arsebook and such that bad reactions are expected and desired. I suppose if you are clueless enough to take one of these things then you’ll believe this too. – Ellis
