Like a car with high fins and long protruding tail lights, the phrase “independence of mind” has gone out of style, especially at colleges and universities where it ought to be the most profound ideal. The thugs have taken over.
As recently as 2008, a professor of Jurisprudence at King’s College London, Timothy Macklem, described the phrase in this fashion:
“Independence of Mind [explores] the ways in which the fundamental freedoms help us to achieve something even more profound, by enabling us to arrive at beliefs, convictions and voices of our own, so that we truly come to think, believe, and speak for ourselves in the rich and various ways that the freedoms then protect. Privacy grants us the distance and refuge from others necessary to develop views of our own; freedom of speech calls on us to imagine ways of expressing ourselves that are both true to the views we have developed and innovative in their own right; freedom of conscience enables each of us to create a distinctive rational personality in which to embed the convictions that we wish to treat as non-negotiable…”
If the professor taught at one of many American “liberal colleges” today, a mere nine years after he wrote that description, he would be pilloried and subjected to prolonged attacks from students and even other faculty.

It’s long been accepted that the ancient Greeks were responsible for developing the mathematical concept of trigonometry, but a new discovery indicates they weren’t the first to figure it out after all. Scientists from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) have shed light on the purpose of a mysterious clay tablet containing a trigonometric table created by the Babylonians a full 1,000 years earlier than Pythagoras – and it’s more accurate than our techniques today.

Most people will imagine faeries as little pixies flying about on gossamer wings; benevolent sprites which are shy at best and invisible to us at worst. Most often linked in with Celtic legend, fairies in some form or another actually play an important role in the folklore of many cultures throughout the world, where they have been portrayed as everything from nature spirits, to fallen angels, to conversely demons. They come in all shapes and sizes and are attributed with an array of paranormal powers, but far from being merely the denizens of legend there has actually been a good number of very real fairy sightings and encounters over the centuries. They are indeed far too numerous to list here, but one thing they mostly tend to adhere to is that fairies are for the most part benevolent, or at the very least innocuous and relatively unconcerned with us. Yet there are other reports and accounts, although rarer, that paint the fairies we envision in a different light, that of destructive, threatening entities that wish to do us harm in one way or another.
Scary Encounters with Evil Fairies
I’m not sure that the encounters described could be described as evil. These beings are real and these things happen, I know that from experience, but what their motives are is another matter. They could range between anything from self-defence to curiosity, or perhaps even some recognition of genetic or ethereal familiarity. All sorts of possibilities. – Ellis

In the world of Bigfoot research there are many forms of supposed evidence that have been put forward over the years. One is photographic evidence, which includes various videos and countless photographs allegedly taken of the mysterious creatures. While some of these have turned out to be compelling, they are generally famous for their blurry and inconsistent quality, and have remained very controversial and inconclusive. There is also the physical evidence, such as footprints, hairs, supposed Bigfoot shelters, and rockpiles out in the wilderness with inscrutable purposes, but this evidence too has remained inconclusive, often faked, and merely serves to be alluring but ultimately frustrating. Perhaps one of the more intriguing, and indeed eerier of the different forms of Bigfoot evidence is that of the auditory kind, wherein recordings have been put forward alleging to capture the sounds of the elusive creatures. Here we have spooky vocalizations of purported Bigfoot that not only capture the imagination, but also serve to create an unsettling feeling with their unearthly howls, whistles, wails, and even speech.

FOR many reasons – political, cultural and social – there is often confusion about what exactly is meant by the terms United Kingdom (UK), Great Britain (GB) and the British Isles.
Add to that the differences between the Republic of Ireland and Northen Ireland and it’s no wonder these two relatively small islands situated off the West of Europe cause so many problems, not just to visitors from far away but to their own citizens.
Here, to get to grips with the nomenclature (a fancy word that means choosing the names for things), we’ve enlisted the help of Ordnance Survey (OS) Britain’s mapping agency and Dr. David Nally from the Department of Geography, University of Cambridge.
So let’s start….
The difference between the UK, Britain, the British Isles, the North and South of Ireland explained
My recent article – “A Paranormal Pair of Ghouls” – told the strange story of a man who encountered what can only be described as a definitive Man in Black and a Women in Black. The location was Tampa, Florida, and the year, 2008. The witness said of the man that, “…he was about 5’9 with a thin build. He had incredibly pale skin that showed blue veins underneath (I had turned on all of the house lights by this point, so they stood out in stark contrast), a very high forehead, prominent cheekbones, and deep-set, large, brilliant blue eyes, possibly the most vibrant blue I have ever seen….”
Illness And The World Of The Supernatural
Robert discusses ‘Hurricane Harvey’, weather manipulation, the astrological climate now and in the near future, some personal anecdotes and more:
Why are the winds of war increasing? Because it is emerging that any power is actually powerless, unable to solve economic problems and to explain the natural events, which are changing everything, mainly, human consciousness.

Over the past 35 years, I’ve exposed as least as much fraudulent science as any reporter around. That’s just a fact.
I mention it, because one would expect I’ve learned a few lessons in the process.
And I have.
Government-backed science exists because it is a fine weapon to use, in order to force an agenda of control over the population.
We aren’t talking about knowledge here. Knowledge is irrelevant. What counts is: ‘How can we fabricate something that looks like the truth?’
I keep pointing this out: we’re dealing with reality builders. In this case, they make their roads and fences and buildings out of data, and they massage and invent the data out of thin air to suit their purposes. After all, they also invent money out of thin air.
Since 1987, one of my goals as a reporter has been to educate the public about false science.
Between then and now, I have found that, with remarkably few exceptions, mainstream reporters are studiously indifferent to false science.
They shy away from it. They pretend “it couldn’t be.” They refuse to consider facts. They and their editors parrot “the experts.”
Official science has a stranglehold on major media. It has the force of a State religion. When you stop and think about it, official science is, in a significant sense, a holy church. Therefore, it is no surprise that the church’s spokespeople would wield power over major information outlets.
A totalitarian society has totalitarian science
The prodigious author and researcher, Antony Sutton (1925-2002), wrote about hidden men behind momentous events.
I recently came across a 1999 interview with Sutton, conducted by Kris Millegan, researcher and head of TrineDay publishers.
Millegan wrote about Antony Sutton in 1999: “Antony C. Sutton, 74, has been persecuted but never prosecuted for his research and subsequent publishing of his findings. His mainstream career was shattered by his devotion towards uncovering the truth.
