I found out on Sunday that the fearless and marvellous investigative writer, Dave McGowan, passed away last year. some of you will recall his massive and intricately detailed Laurel Canyon articles I’ve pointed to over the years. Dave expanded on the articles in a book, Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon: Laurel Canyon, Covert Ops & The Dark Heart of the Hippie Dream.

He wrote about several subjects challenging to the dark systems and their agendas with acute observations and style, some of them I also linked to.
